1. General
- All orders are subject to stock availability.
- If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you. You may choose to wait for restocking or request a refund for the unavailable product.
2. Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Our dispatch center operates Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM (IST), except on public/national holidays.
- We strive to process all orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
3. Delivery Timelines
We currently ship sarees across India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Outside Tamil Nadu (Rest of India): 4–5 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier partner delays, festive rush, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated on our website or social channels.
5. Address Changes
- You can request a change in the delivery address before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.
6. Tracking Orders
- Once your saree order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.
7. Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please reject it at delivery (if possible) and inform us immediately.
- If you receive a damaged product, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/video evidence so we can assist with replacement/refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.
